MTV first began filming ‘Teen Mom’ series in 2009, with ’16 & Pregnant’ being the first in a line of shows to follow.
‘Teen Mom: Next Chapter’ on pause
Just recently, Cory Wharton revealed that MTV has paused filming of new ‘Teen Mom’ episodes but this doesn’t necessarily mean that the show won’t be renewed for another season.
“I think we’re a far ways from that, but right now, we are on pause and we’ll see,” he revealed.
